Kaveri Block sits inside the same Maghilvanam campus, so residents share the clubhouse, common kitchen, 24×7 in-house clinic, ambulance, spiritual centre, swimming pool and gardens with the villa families. The senior-friendly design follows through: wide 6′+ corridors, two lifts at opposite ends, grab bars, anti-skid floors and step-free access.
